Refund policy

1. Overview

We sell digital visibility campaigns (“Services”) delivered to customer-provided social media usernames/URLs. Delivery typically starts shortly after purchase and is completed within 24 hours.

Because our Services are digital and begin fulfillment shortly after purchase, refunds are only available in the limited circumstances described below.

2. Delivery timeframe

  • Standard delivery: within 24 hours from successful payment.

  • In rare cases (e.g., platform downtime, invalid customer input), delivery may be delayed. If delivery is delayed, we may request additional information from the customer.

3. When a refund is applicable

A refund may be granted only if all conditions below are met:

  1. The Service was not delivered within 24 hours, and

  2. The non-delivery is solely due to our error, and

  3. We confirm that the Service cannot be delivered even after troubleshooting and attempting fulfillment, and

  4. The customer has provided correct and complete information (correct username/URL and platform details) at checkout.

If these conditions are met, we will refund the amount paid for the undelivered Service.

4. When a refund is not applicable

Refunds are not provided in the following situations:

  • The Service has been delivered (fully or partially).

  • The customer entered an incorrect username/URL, selected the wrong platform, changed username after purchase, or otherwise provided inaccurate information.

  • The customer no longer wants the Service, changes their mind, or ordered by mistake.

  • The customer is dissatisfied with results that are outside our control (e.g., platform changes, content restrictions, account settings, removals by the platform).

  • The customer violated the relevant platform’s rules in a way that prevents fulfillment.

  • The Service cannot be delivered due to customer-side issues (private account settings, blocked access, restricted content, etc.).

5. How to request a refund

To request a refund, the customer must contact us at:

The request must include:

  • Order number

  • The username/URL submitted at checkout

  • A brief description of the issue

6. Review and processing time

  • We typically review refund requests within 2–5 business days.

  • If approved, refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Depending on the bank/card network, it can take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
